Senior Application Engineer

The company:
Flex Power Modules develops and produces world-class power modules for Datacenter, Telecom and AI applications and have global footprint and engagement.
The typical products are DC/DC, PoL (point of load) products and we constantly develop new innovative platforms to our customers.
The design center in Kalmar is under large expansion and is now looking for you who wants to work as an Application Engineer and act as a bridge between our customer, Product Management and R&D.
You will belong to R&D and will have full access to Advanced Lab and close contact to our design teams. You will report directly to Director of R&D.

Tasks:
The Application Engineering role is very wide and contain everything from Electrical Lab measurements, System tests, EMI filter design as well as requirement setting support to our Product Management. You will explore new test setups and standards.
Your Main contacts will be the R&D Design Team, Product Management, Field Application Engineers, Sales Team and Customers.

You will be responsible for:
R&D related Support to Field Application Engineers, Sales and Customers
Requirement support to our Product ManagementInteract with the Development project to collect design Data
EMI Conducted & Radiated measurement and filter design based on customer and Project requests.
Develop test setups including measurements and reports based on unique customer requests.
Provide technical details on product performance features in different application environments.
Write Application notes

Profile:
Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering
You have at least 5 years of relevant Experience
Electrical Lab experience
Excellent Communication skills in English
Fluent Swedish
