Senior Application Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Application Engineer who is experienced in Creo and is used to understanding customers challenges (beneficial if in industrial applications) and translating them to design decisions.

What you'll do:
● Collaborating on software development projects with the engineering, sales, and customer services departments.
● Writing code and scripts for applications, as well as installing, maintaining, and testing applications.
● Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures, as well as improving code and re-designing tasks.
● Documenting development processes, procedures, and application version histories.
● Optimizing applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades.
Who you are:
● Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer science, or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.
● Have experience in Creo and are used to understand customers challenges (beneficial if in industrial applications) and translating them to design decisions.
● Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
● Excellent communication and mentoring skills and can write and speak in English.
● Have a solution-oriented, analytical problem solver behaviour with the ability to contribute to a good team environment.
