Cambio Denmark supplies systems to Region Syddanmark, Region Midtjylland, The Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland and the Danish Defense, and provides software development of systems for Intensive Care Units and Anaesthesia departments internationally.
The position
As Application Support Engineer in the Service team, your focus will be on handling technical requests of systems deployment, integrations, and system configurations.
Furthermore, you will work with the support of existing customers and handle and resolve incoming issues in a schedule with others.
You work closely together with other departments, that are responsible for product management, product development, implementation, service and support, and sales and marketing.
Many of the topics are technically complex, covering software architecture, hardware architecture, business processes, usability and require technical competence and perseverance to be solved.
End Customers will typically run their own IT-Operations, so this position is related to the Application-specific IT environment.
About you
As a person, you are curious and want to learn and can explain complex topics in simple ways. You are persistent, focused on details, and have a structured approach to the tasks and not least that you take pride in supporting our customers and your new colleagues.
Requirements
- 3 + years of work experience in application support engineering in large distributed applications, primarily in a Microsoft based architecture.
- You have a relevant technical degree
- You have strong technical skills in the area of deployment, integration, network, server configuration, and perhaps knowledge of medical devices
- You have experience with some of the following topics: - Servicing IT systems
- Microsoft based infrastructure
- Integrations between IT systems
- MS SQL
- Scripting skills
- Troubleshooting of IT systems
- Ability to communicate fluently in Danish and English, with Swedish as an advantage. It is important that you can transmit technical knowledge in writing in Danish and English.
