Senior Arkitekt

Your Role
You will create, develop and plan project proposals, lead project teams in delivering creative design solutions through all phases of projects. You are a collaborative person who enjoys guiding clients, solving complex design challenges, mentoring junior staff, and working with other seniors at the office on business development.


What you will do
· Coordinate and lead all phases of projects, including programming, conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design and construction documents.
· Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication, interaction and guidance; represent at client meetings and presentations.
· Lead and develop architectural design teams
· Ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.




Your Qualifications
· Master's degree in Architecture
· 7 years of related project experience, with a track record of successfully leading projects of varying scale.
· Experience in a wide range of project typologies
· Proficiency in modeling using 2D/3D software, such as, Revit, AutoCAD
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) preferred
· International design experience a plus
