We are looking for a new member to our ASIC organization in Lund, Sweden. You will be leading a team working on Digital Signal Processing, from system discussions to hands-on design and verification. The team is long-term responsible for the evolution of specific IP (Intellectual Property) and sub-systems and you will be defining the roadmap looking 2-3 years forward.

The position requires very good leadership skills, solid experience in digital design and UVM methodology verification as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Our organization works in accordance to Agile principles where close team interaction is central.

This role reports to Line Manager of ASIC IP Team.

As the team leader, you will
• Be responsible for the team development work, from concept to release
• Interact frequently with stake-holders on both technical and project management sides
• Prioritize and coordinate team activities
• Break down system level requirements to implementation level requirements
• Specify, implement, verify, release, and maintain digital functional blocks
• Continuously improve and optimize ways of working
• Secure design quality

To be successful in the role you must have
• MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of education
• At least 10 years of ASIC design and verification work experience
• Good technical leadership skills.
• Experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) architecture and design
• Experience as Operatinal Product Owner (OPO) in an organization using scrum
• Experience from ASIC low level systemization
• Good experience in RTL design using System Verilog
• Knowlegde and experience in Unix scripting using e.g. Python, TCL, and/or Perl.
• Been working with block verification using System Verilog/UVM methodology
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English

Following Experiences will be a beneficial asset
• Radio Access Technology
• Experience from development of digital radio
• Reference model usage/development using (C, C++, System C)
