We are looking for a new member to our Digital Development Team within ASIC organization in Lund, Sweden. You will be leading a team working on Digital Design and Verification of ASIC System-on-chip specific IP design units as well as taking on own Design Developments in the same area. You will work in a team who is long-term responsible for the evolution of specific IP and sub-systems and you will be defining the roadmap looking 2-3 years forward.
The position requires very good leadership skills, experience in especially digital design but knowledge in modern verification techniques are valued. You need to have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Our organization works in accordance to Agile principles where close team interaction is central.
What you will do
Be responsible for Definition of ASIC System-on-chip (SoC) specific IP blocks and subsystems
Support design team during development, verification and validation of the design
Take full responsibility for design, being block or sub-system
Break-down Requirements and create architecture and Design Specifications
Perform Digital Design, and run all RTL sign-off checks
Continuously improve and optimize ways of working
Generate appropriate documentation


You will bring
Master´s Degree or PhD in Electronic Engineering or equivalent education is preferred
At least 10 years of ASIC design and verification work experience.
Proven experience in advanced SoC development
Good knowledge of ASIC technology, ASIC SOC and IP design environment and design methodology
Documented technical leadership skills.
Knowledge of radio access system and their components
Knowledge in System Verilog
Track record of successful cross-team and cross-site cooperation
Quality-consciousness


Additional Requirements
Experience as OPO in an organization using scrum
Experience with Cadance and Synopsys Design suite
Experience with AMBA based designs
Experience from Formal Verification
Experience from SpyGlass as IP sign-off tool
