Senior Associate Director – Sweden Office

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Director with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in both contractor and client-side project delivery, particularly with IPA Project Management experience. This role will also involve managing a business unit, owning profit and loss, and driving business development across multiple sectors. Active engagement in industry organizations (CIOB, RICS) and experience in product development is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project delivery with a focus on business success and profitability.
Develop and mentor staff, fostering growth within the team.
Drive business development across diverse sectors.
Engage actively in industry organizations (CIOB, RICS).
Manage profit/loss and overall performance of the business unit.

Requirements:
15+ years of experience in project management and business unit leadership.
Proven track record working with contractors and clients.
Experience in mentoring and developing staff.
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Active participation in industry organizations.
