Our Idea Development team in Stockholm is looking for a Senior Associate to generate powerful consumer insights, develop breakthrough innovation solutions and craft new product concepts for Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries.
We’re looking for someone with the ability to think strategically and creatively, and with experience and passion for developing and expressing new ideas and opportunities. You should be self-propelled by relentless curiosity, resourceful in scouring the world for insight, and comfortable in and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate in our Idea Development team, you will:  
Design, coordinate and manage qualitative research activities.
Generate and articulate thought-provoking consumer insights.
Develop and design new product, service and experience ideas.
Write and optimize concise and compelling research concepts.
Stimulate and inspire cross-functional teams - both internally and externally.
Present key deliverables to senior executives within our clients’ organizations

You will work with cross-functional project teams within Fahrenheit 212, closely with members of our Strategy and Idea Development teams.

Our Requirements 
+2 years’ experience working in the field of innovation. This experience may come through work for an innovation consulting firm, a brand strategy firm, corporate innovation team or a design firm.
Experience from working as part of a cross-functional team and collaborating with clients and external partners.
You need to be a lateral thinker adept at uncovering the insights and themes that can spark innovation, and passionate about using those insights to develop products, services and businesses.  
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Readiness to travel (occasionally).

In order to be successful in this role, you need to be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:
Powerful Storytelling. An intuitive ability to represent complex concepts in a clear, concise and compelling way.
Engaging Presentation Skills. Experienced and comfortable presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentations.
Creative Sensibilities. An aesthetic appreciation, and ideally experience working with creative teams across a range of disciplines and deliverables.
Diverse Experience. We don’t specialize in any particular industry or category, and as such you should be able to demonstrate a range of category experience.
Tech-Conversant. Good understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on consumer and market trends. Ideally be able to demonstrate an understanding of product and software development models.
Contagious Passion. See and be inspired by disruptive innovation and transformational ideas and be able to stoke the fires of those around you.
Considered Opinions. Be able to form thoughtful and considered perspectives, supported by both objective fact and strategic conviction.
