Senior Automation Engineer

Tetra Pak Processing Systems sells and delivers large customized liquid food plants worldwide. We provide processing solutions within dairy, cheese, ice cream, beverage and prepared food.



As Senior Engineer you will focus on programming, traceability and MES systems, testing and commissioning the complete automation solutions adapted to different customer needs.
You will work in highly skilled project teams of varying sizes, and participate in projects from engineering to start up at customer sites around the world. Typical main environment is software from Siemens, Wonderware, Rockwell, SQL database system and Microsoft OS.



This position will give you everything you can ask for in complexity and variation within the field. We can offer you a broad range of tasks within Automation and IT. You will be delivering solutions that really make a difference for the customers as well as for the environment.



Due to the nature of the work you might be travelling approximately 25% of your time.


Main responsibilities

-PLC programming in Siemens and Rockwell

-HMI programming in Siemens and Wonderware

-Modelling and implementation of databases

-Validation procedures

-Computer networks and IT infrastructure

-Development of .net applications

-Virtualization




Qualifications

You have knowledge and skills within Production Control systems (HMI/PLC). Experience and understanding of the complete automation system for manufacturing are seen as an advantage.



A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.

Your educational background is either KY, an university degree or other relevant education within Automation, Computer or Electrical Engineering and/or you have approximately 5 years of work experience in relevant area.
