Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Automotive Maintenance Administrator to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Improve and develop working methods and standards for technical documentation.
Collaborate with requesters, reviewers, and recipients to ensure correct technical document content, format, and attributes.
Establish and manage routines for technical documentation handling, both in paper and digital formats.
Create training materials for the management of technical documentation.
Stay up-to-date on technological developments and innovations related to documentation.
Participate in the technical documentation network and provide updates to systems like Reflex.
Update and revise technical machine documentation based on new requirements.
Manage deposits/loans for digital and analog archives of relationship documents, machine documentation, and plant information.
Lead smaller investigations and projects within the documentation domain.
Serve as a subject matter expert and set requirements for machine documentation in development projects.
Provide training in drawing and machine documentation management for relevant staff.
Register new and replacement items in the business system, ensuring quality control of item names, numbers, and type designations.
What you bring:
Preferably a university degree in engineering.
Knowledge of maintenance systems (e.g., Maximo) is meritorious, as well as certification according to EFNMS.
Broad competence in cost-effective and reliable maintenance practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong initiative, with the ability to independently carry out tasks and see them through to completion.
Excellent administrative skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to solve problems and improve processes.
