Your role and responsibilities
As a leading customer journey expert, we know how important data is for our clients. Our systems generate billions of data points every day and one of the most crucial goals for us is to help our clients to utilize this data, to become data driven in their decision making.
In this role you will work on creating the best data sources and insights for our clients. You will work on building a highly scalable SaaS solution, and with technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, Java and Open Source products. You will work in a team of highly motivated engineers focusing on creating business value out of data and delivering a robust resilient product.
Your skills and experience
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
a Master´s or Bachelor´s degree within Software Engineering. Alternatively, a comparable industry career with extensive experience in Software Development
solid experience in Java, AWS, Kubernetes
solid experience as an API developer including API-design and implementation
good knowledge of working with relational and document databases
data warehouse and big data handling in a multi-tenant environment
ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with others
fluency in English both spoken and written
It´s meritorious if you have:
a degree in Data Science or experience in working with BI/analytics
knowledge of the Power BI suite or other similar BI tools
experience in working with data modeling and DAX
experience in working with SAAS

Location
We are located in Krokslätts Fabriker Mölndal, Sweden but position can also be remote from another Qmatic country. You will be part of the Digital Services team and report to VP Engineering & Tech support, Emma Sundén. Please don’t hesitate to apply!
