We are a new studio out of Stockholm, Sweden, founded by game industry veterans with 70+ years experience in building competitive AAA games - here to nurture an environment where the best ideas, conversations & collaborations make up the most creative & psychologically safe atmosphere in the industry.
Located on Södermalm, Stockholm and currently consisting of 15 talented devs, we’re now looking to carefully grow our team with humble & positive industry drivers.

About the position
World class programming is an art and a large part of a games studio's value is born between the keyboard and the hands of the programmer. That birthplace has to be enabled & nurtured. We are looking for the senior programmer that has jumped through a few hoops and is intrigued by the thought of being at the start of a studio and its technical foundation.




QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced Backend Developer
You have multiple years of experience within backend development. A bonus if it's from games development or similar real-time products.

AWS
Even though it's not about dev ops in this role, hands on experience in building backends on AWS is highly encouraged as you will be setting up infrastructure where needed (reproducible deploys is key!).

Databases
Ultimately, you have experience with large and performant databases and understand the importance of transactions.

Bonus skills
Free-to-Play: Ideally, a significant part of the above experience you have from Free to Play games
Unreal Experience: Also desirable, but not critical, is any hands-on experience with Unreal engine
