LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Benefits Manager / Expert for Europe to join the Siemens Energy Global Benefits team. As an expert and trusted partner to stakeholders and the business, you will be responsible for managing all benefits-related matters in the Nordics and certain European countries.

Your profile:
You are passionate about the development and implementation of compensation & benefits policies, structures and processes in an international context. You are familiar with the benefits-related legal framework and labor market practices.
You have extensive experience in managing benefits, especially insurable benefits and pensions. You have strong communication skills, especially in making decision proposals to senior management.
You are a proactive thinker and challenger of the status quo with good judgement and decision-making skills. You are analytical, detail-oriented and discreet, excellent in self-organization, prioritization and time management.
You hold a university degree in relevant field of study (e.g. Economies, Management, Mathematics), and professional qualification (e.g. Actuary/consulting background) is a bonus. An additional HR qualification, e.g. World at Work GRP / CCP, is a plus.
You have a fluent knowledge of English in spoken and written form. Knowledge of one of the Nordic languages would be desirable.

Your responsibilities:
Design a roadmap in assigned countries for flexible benefits to individualize the benefits programs based on the global strategy in alignment with regional leadership
Lead and contribute to management of post-employment benefits activities (e.g. projects for plan design changes) in collaboration with finance colleagues
For employee-related insurances, lead annual review and renewal processes in close collaboration with finance colleagues and ensure compliance and management of legislative changes
Design and setup regional health & wellbeing programs to optimize employee experience under consideration of available budgets
Drive process improvements and digitalization projects for benefits and pensions, including steering of internal and external partners and providers
Manage database systems and conduct reporting for benefits and ensure regulatory compliance of the entire benefits portfolio and processes for assigned countries
Conduct benefits benchmarking and represent Siemens Energy in external expert communities and networks of practice
