The Sr Brand Manager is part of the Market Activation team, based in Stockholm, Sweden. The Market Activation team consists of 9 team members with the main purpose to develop Absolut in PR Affiliates by supporting the development of local brand plan, activation plan and deployment of the global brand plan, initiatives, programs and assets. The team works directly with all markets to inspire, engage and support market companies. Being part of this team will engage you in all aspects of the business. This position reports to Director Market Activation.
The role has different set of responsibilities detailed below:
Drive the collaboration between TAC and Market Cos of his/her scope and be the primary point of contact for any business / brand related matter. Act as a traffic manager / PMO between TAC and the assigned PR EMEA markets
Ensure marketing plans relevance & fit to business objectives, local needs as well as global brand strategy
Understand and validate assigned PR EMEA market’s needs & share them with Creative Content Manager of Drive Market and the TAC Global Brand Team
Support orchestration of content use in assigned PR EMEA markets (e.g. activation guidelines, translation…) and provide expertise and support to ensure excellence in activation
Animate brand marketing community within assigned PR EMEA (local consumer engagement managers): content sharing, activation best practices & guidelines, efficient communication between asset creators & asset users within cluster
Align clear annual KPIs for the business and initiatives and track performances
Partner with assigned PR EMEA teams to identify and unlock growth opportunities
Identify synergies and best practices that could benefit other markets and be leveraged globally
Take an active role in the monthly S&OP process to ensure seamless stock position for all current and future brand initiatives
Coordinate the activity of a VIE as a direct report on the following topics: Share, and leverage best practices, Les Embiez Concept Lead, Brand Panel/Workshop Lead, Internal communications/newsletter, Manage internal platforms: Chatter, My Brands and Brand Cloud, Support Market Activations Managers with markets, LOI, SKUs requests, visits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree: university degree level
Professional experience: more than 2 years in marketing with experience in Market Co
Minimum 6 years experience of Brand Management or transferable experience within spirits or FMCG.
Sharp understanding of cultural, business & regulatory specificities within cluster
Basic operational marketing (media mix, pricing…) & commercial experience
Experience in community animation (incl. through digital tools)
Fluent in English
