We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Brand Manager to lead the development of Point of Sales materials and to join our fun, high-performing global team in Stockholm, Sweden to work on both Absolut and Malibu. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
As a POS expert, you will constantly refresh & sharpen our understanding of Consumers & Shopper Behavior & Trends, Channel Dynamics (On- & Off Trade, global Travel Retail and e-commerce), and Partner Insights (Bartender/On Trade staff needs and markets), to design and deliver strategic POS materials that delivers excellence at all points in the shopping experience.


Lead and brief and deliver Strategic POS activations in collaboration with our creative agency and procurement team
Support the wider Channel Marketing Team on key projects with expertise and strategic input.
Bring our brands to life though drinking vessels, gadgets and added value packs
Build POS capability for Markets to become more self-sufficient and excellent in brand executions.
Close collaboration with Experiences and Advocacy to create strategic POS and sustainability initiatives
TAC champion of Integrated Business Planning POSM process

Additionally:
Co-lead POSM strategy & segmentation for major On Trade channels
Support On Trade Manager in building and implementing the RPVA for On Trade channels.



YOUR PROFILE
The role requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm. Strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles, results driven, and a bias for action with a pilot/learn/scale approach.
Academic & Professional experience required
5-6 years of work experience in relevant marketing, trade/retail management or brand positions
Experience working with Shopper Marketing (or Trade/Channel) projects from brief to launch
Experience of working with On Trade channels.
Beer, Spirits or non-alcoholic beverages industry experience desirable.
International or multi countries experience is preferred

Excellent project management skills, and managing time sensitive projects
Creative thinker, while also must be hands-on
Strong relationship skills with an ability to navigate a matrix organization and leverage networks
Ability to work with multiple stake holders simultaneously
Strong results focus – a proven ability to work around obstacles in order to achieve business goals
Fluent English
