Electronic Arts (EA) is looking for a Sr. Brand Manager with a strong track record in brand strategy, product marketing and leadership.
The Sr. Brand Manager for NFS sits within the Global Brand Management & Marketing team and will lead multiple cross functional initiatives across both Product Marketing & Brand Management. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, you will drive marketing and brand strategy for multiple titles within the NFS portfolio. You have expertise in product marketing, digital marketing and brand strategy. You excel at marrying science and creativity to delight customers and partners, working with cross-functional teams to build brands. You excel in a dynamic, creative environment and enjoy working collaboratively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and refine long-term brand identity and creative direction that ensures consistency in messaging across all player touchpoints.
Manage relationships with key external development and agency partners.
Conduct ongoing product and competitive marketing analysis to ensure consumer and market trends are informing key strategies.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across studios, publishing and other cross-functional teams.
Analyze performance data, including sales and in-game data, to identify opportunities and challenges, then create strategies and tactics to drive results.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Experience in brand management, brand strategy, and product marketing
Solid business, analytical and critical thinking skills
Project management and coordination across functional groups and external partners
Strong communicator and collaborator
Embraces working in a dynamic, flexible, ever changing environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 8 years working in marketing roles at top tier companies or consumer brands.
