Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain complex business-critical systems in the payments area.
Collaborate with product owners to refine priorities and align with business needs.
Conduct gap and impact analysis, ensuring seamless system processes and solutions.
Break down features and create user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Verify backlog items and ensure clear communication between IT and business stakeholders.
Oversee testing and quality assurance of delivered functionality.
Coordinate with third-party vendors on requirements, planning, and execution.
Drive alignment within the team and maintain a shared understanding of tasks to deliver customer value.
What you bring:
Extensive experience in business analysis, including functional and non-functional requirements gathering, testing, and quality assurance.
Strong background in payments, including experience with XML, JSON payloads, and ISO 20022.
Technical understanding of backend development, APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
Hands-on experience collaborating with external vendors for planning and coordination.
Proactive, self-organized, and curious problem-solver with an analytical mindset.
Familiarity with various tools and methodologies used in business analysis.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster dialogue in agile environments such as SAFe.
Strong ability to bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on customer value and objectives.
Attention to detail while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture, with strong writing, visualization, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
