Nasdaq is looking for a Business Analyst with a background in finance and technology to join the Nasdaq Real Time Clearing Business Analyst Team.

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the interface between our clients and the product development teams by translating business processes and needs into detailed functional requirements. Additionally, you will ensure that the team of developers and testers has a clear understanding of the clients requirements. You will also take on hands-on Business Analyst tasks, such as client interactions, workshops etc. The role will be based in Stockholm, but might on occasion involve international travel to our other offices and clients.


Your responsibilities:


Own and improve the whole requirement process from A to Z


Engage with key stakeholders and business owners to design functional solutions for our clients


Building relationships with business experts on the client side and other stakeholders


Help the delivery project to develop and establish the requirement process in a successful way to fuel client success


We are looking for someone with:


Work experience as a Business Analyst or similar role working with requirements


Experience from a technology-led software company, using agile methodology


A degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience


Experience from working in larger technical projects in an international environment


Curiosity and a highly collaborative work style along with a desire to share knowledge, educate the people around you, and bravely dive into new territories


The ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders


It would be great if you have:


Experience from working in the FinTech industry, specifically within clearing


Experience using Jira and/or Confluence


Technical work experience will be considered a merit
