In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Become the designated “Regulatory Reporting expert” within Large Corporate & Institutions Business Intelligence Value stream! It means to represent the bank in Föreningen Svensk Värdepappersmarknad and in collaboration with Compliance have dialogue with regulatory bodies in Sweden and abroad, as well as driving collaboration with our banking peers. This will form a huge part of the role ensuring we are compliant with the demands for closing the remaining identified Risk & Compliance gaps regarding the Large Corporates & Institutions structures.
- Delivering real change into Large Corporates & Institutions within the investments areas MIFID 2, MIFIR, EMIR, EMIR Refit, SFTR, MMSR, STIBOR and drive delivery of appropriate, secure and reliable IT services throughout the lifecycle in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards.
- Be part of the daily Regulatory Reporting work processes in close collaboration with the team
- Close collaboration with other Large Corporates & Institutions Value Streams to help manage their change agenda as they relate to STARS database, EDM & Trade bus
- Work closely with the Operational manager and the Agile Product Owner for the development team regarding setting strategic roadmap in line with regulations
- Driving the capture and definition of business requirements for development activities through interpreting Business needs and by writing Features and Stories
- Contributing and continuously improving Lean-Agile ways of working
- Help guide other members in the team to achieving both development features and operational target
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated process and flow experience and background in efficiency work.
- Understanding in Agile and Lean ways of working.
- Having a genuine interest in the Regulatory Reporting framework and experience in this area within financial services and instruments.
- Knowledge of Trading and Capital Markets products, alternatively a background within back office functions or front office support functions.
- To be a team player and enjoy problem solving together with your colleagues. Good communication skills and enjoy representing the bank in discussions with external parties.
