We are currently looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to our site in Södertälje, Sweden.
As a Senior Business Analyst you will develop key strategic relationships within the larger business areas and identify ways for Information Systems (IS) to contribute to achieving and exceeding business objectives and drive the delivery of innovative business solutions to create maximum competitive advantage. You operate with a high level of interactive communication to set clear direction for others, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity.
In this role you will determine the process and requirements management methodology practices within your function. You will ensure that the methodology, quality and compliance standards are adhered to contribute to internal IT processes and standards for business analysis and design. In addition, you will mentor other Business Analysts to develop their skills and share best practices in relevant communities of practice. Other important tasks as a Senior Business Analyst will be to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders/partners from all areas of the business.
To be successful in this role you should have good communication and presentation skills as well as a high costumer focus. As a person you dare to challenge, influence and negotiate. It will be expected to have a deep practical experience in the role, with repeated practice performing business analysis and design in a variety of complex situations.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change.
* Proven experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results.
* Experience of working in a regulated environment.
* Experience of mentoring, coaching or developing others.
* Experience of working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors.
* Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills.
* Experience of managing high levels of risk by making complex judgements and applying a comprehensive cross-functional and industry understanding.
* Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions.
Desirable Requirements
* M.sc in relevant discipline or formal certification in business analysis practice.
* Lean SIGMA training.
* Practical usage of Agile Methodology.
* Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context.
* Pharmaceutical business awareness/business domain knowledge.
* Cross industry business awareness/business domain knowledge.
* User Centred Design (User Experience, User Interface Design and Business Process Design).
