Senior Business Analyst

If you are an analytic team player with an interest in how software is deployed, released and configured in a car, you might be the person we are looking for.  

What’s in it for you? 
As a member of the development team for the inhouse developed tool ConfigHub, you will contribute by analysing and break-down requirements from our business processes. You will then use this to create and design improvements to ConfigHub (that serves as a repository for, and management of, vehicle SW baselines during development). 
You will work in close collaboration with different stakeholders and other cross-functional product teams, giving you an opportunity to share your knowledge and ideas of improvements in a larger context.

You and your skills:
We believe that you have a BSc or higher degree in engineering, computer Science or similar field of knowledge relevant for this position. You should have previous experiences from working as a Business Analyst, and solid skills in written and spoken English. You have great facilitation skills and a demonstrated ability to be a team player in a fast-paced agile environment. Experiences from the automotive industry will be considered an advantage for this position as well previously gained knowledge about Volvo Cars concerning inhouse SW development, Product Documentation, SW development applications (Elektra, CarWeaver, PIE R&D), Legacy PLM applications (KDP, PIE, VIDA). Understanding of CI/CD, both usage and operations, and backend and frontend development, will also be considered advantageous.
