About this opportunity

Welcome to the Solution Strategy & Common Sourcing Development team. We add value by providing strategic view towards our future architecture/data needs while also executing on providing common data sourcing towards our Group Finance process areas. The team is now expanding its function to provide ESG data services towards our reporting areas.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will drive the development of new solutions or improve existing ones. You’ll play a valuable role in Group Finance and in ESG programme. Your focus will be on analysis of requirements, data flows and dependencies between different systems. You will be the bridge between business and IT by translating business needs into technical requirements towards IT 

You will be cooperating closely with our stakeholders from within Group Finance as well as Technology, Group Architecture, Group Data Management Office and other relevant units in Nordea.

What you’ll be doing:
* Drive the development of an existing EUDA (End User Developed Application) for 2022 reporting needs.
* Drive the work with our IT partners to incorporate ESG reporting into our IT landscape so we can move away from EUDA.
* Translate business requirements into technical requirements towards IT.
* Creating and sign-off of functional designs and data quality tests done in projects
* Ensuring alignment to business architecture
* Provide end-user support to stakeholders.
* Integrate tests and supporting stakeholders in acceptance tests.
* Accept Data Quality checks and doing feature refinement.

Your experience and background:
* Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance, Banking, IT or experience in relevant area.
* Experience in Alteryx tool.
* 3+ years of relevant work experience
* Fluency in English.
* Nice to have: SAFe or other Agile methodologies.
