- Become a member of a diverse, collaborative tight and skilled IT team where you will participate in building competence and relationships with your team colleagues and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Swedbank’s vision and strategic direction
- Together with a cross functional team, stakeholders, and other product owners, find solutions and to understand end user needs for how our products and services are offered in different channels in personalized and optimized way, so our customers are able to fulfil their needs in an easier and efficient way
- Develop your skills and career in Swedbank and be interested in aspiring to the role as APO, Agile Product Owner.




What is needed in this role:
- Passionate about digitalization and truly believe that success is something we build together
- Excellent team player with great communication skills with a drive to collaborate cross borders and in virtual team
- Experience in analysing, documenting requirements, business needs and testing solutions; assuring the quality of the deliveries
- Experience in SDLC lifecycle, with special focus on problem identification and conceptualization stage
- Experience in Pega platform, CRM domain and BFS are valuable but not mandatory
- Knowledge in data analysis and able to contribute to fun brainstorming and product vision part
- Working experience in Agile Scrum or SAFe and ability to drive and contribute to the agile process
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field or equivalent
- Ability to inspire, engage and communicate value
- Problem solver with a positive can-do attitude
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- A work permit in Sweden is required
