Would you like to be part of a Nordic team, developing the future credit processes for our customers? We are now looking for Business Analysts in High Risk Capability and are offering you an exciting opportunity to develop key capabilities at the hear of Nordea.
Your work will require to understand the connection between business processes, data and the respective IT set-up to pro-actively solve complex problems. You will work closely with the other members and relevant stakeholders to drive the implementation of new solutions and processes for business and regulatory requirements.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the High Risk Capability team. We drive the development for high risk credit processes (such as debt collection, default management, loan losses, forbearance). Our aim is to build sustainable processes and supporting tools that cater for automation through which we enable great customer experiences. We work closely with our IT partners to lead the development in this space. We maintain and foster close collaborations with stakeholders and development units in the business areas and other group functions.
What you’ll be doing:
* Structuring and driving analysis and projects from initiation to successful delivery in close collaboration with management and stakeholders.
* Facilitating continuous improvements with focus on simplification and automation as well as regulatory compliance.
* Building up specific competence on credit processes, data and applications; and when required on specific data assets as an SME, data steward or data asset owner.
* Being part of an agile structure and collaborate with the IT teams driving the development activities in the area.
* Identifying potential and actively proposing improvements to streamline the end to end credit processes and enable automation.
You’ll join a diverse, multi-faceted and passionate team. Occasional travel primarily in the Nordics should be expected.

Your experience and background:
* Driver of business analysis, business requirements and implementation of change.
* Strong communication capacity: comfortable initiating and driving meetings with stakeholders.
* Have a university degree (BSc, MSc, MBA) in business administration, economics or IT if supported by. strong interest in banking.
* A professional level of English, both written and spoken.
