As a person you are passionate about possibilities of technology and about enabling high-quality technology services/products for now and the future. You appreciate the mix of strategic and financial thinking and turning digital technology trends info practice. We also believe you are motivated by working agile and being open to the change. You have good knowledge in financial models, cost drivers and effective leveraging of service delivery as well as the commercial consequences of technical decisions. You also have excellent knowledge in analytics. We believe you have proven knowledge of how to conduct analysis, creating flows and building dashboard.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Drive the collecting of requirements and stakeholder/consumer feedback connected to one or more Services to give input to the roadmap.
- Promote the roadmap and offering to increase the knowledge of services.
- Be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislations, policies or other requirements in order to stay compliant
- Translate to operating model and business requirements into easily understandable models and dashboards to visualize service/product metrics such as usage, requirements and LCM.
- Contribute with relevant data to the strategy, design, development and maintenance of the product/services in order to deliver based on consumer needs.
- Develop and adapt to our analysis and reporting based on best practice and current objectives to drive efficiency and quality in the information landscape.
- Lead and mentor in the Service/Product area in outlining risks, costs, benefits and capability models in order to strengthen the service offering.
- Design Product/Service together with architects and across functions to help produce all required specifications and ensure that product/service teams work together and fulfil business needs.
- Engage in coaching and mentoring of engineers in order to secure transfer of competence and high performing team.

These positions are located in Malmö, Helsingborg or Älmhult.
