Job Description
This Senior Business Analyst role is within our product area Partner Connectivity and our Multitier Transport Experience (MTE) product team.
You will be in the center of the action where product meets business. You will be working closely with Product Owners, suppliers, development teams and other stakeholders, helping to make sure that the product development is in line with the business need.
You will be working across products and domains together with agile teams whose focus is business values linked to last-mile carriers.
The Senior Business Analyst believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.
Your interest in IT is probably not on the technical level, but mainly in the improvements, simplifications and efficiency enhancements that IT enables for the users. It comes naturally for you to identify areas of improvement, to proactively propose appropriate measures, and to drive improvements.
Things we would love to see...
Prior experience of working in logistics/warehouse, or with a carrier service
Ability to understand user behavior, create meaningful insights/analytics as well as set Business performance KPIs
High ability to clearly communicate and visualize KPIs with multiple stakeholders
Intermediate level of user experience in a data visualisation tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics
Day to day responsibilities
Act as a partner to the product teams and help them derive actionable insights and product requirements
Gathering requirements to support with identifying new product features based on business opportunities by assessing the feasibility
Use data and user insights to build material that will make business decisions/initiatives critical to scale
Work closely with PO's in developing & testing hypotheses to explain trends and opportunities in the business
Help PO's to build the right KPI's to measure performance
Testing the efficacy of new product releases and feature
Continuous quality improvement of culture, being open to learning, humble servant leadership
