We are looking for skilled Business Analysts/Requirements Engineers with strong Servant Leadership who loves to work with teams and support them to the next level of maturity and performance.

You will be working closely to the Product Owner, the Architect as well as our customers translating business needs to requirements. You will be working in early stages, securing alignment to technical details and support backlog refinements to meet definition of ready. You will also support the PI planning, improvements and removal of impediments in relationship to requirements.

Most importantly, we believe that you are a flexible and team oriented person with a strong sense of mission and vision: To make a difference and together with us lead the automotive industry into the digital society.

In a senior level you will also mentor peers, drive community of practice, contribute to our organisational initiatives, and support development of WirelessCar way of working.

We believe that you bring:

- Experience of how to convert needs and compile requirements: functional and non-functional
- Great communication skills: documentation, visualization and adapting the message to your target group
- Knowledge in writing acceptance criteria, and understand how it relates to the testing of the solution
- Experience of working with back end development teams and/or in a DevOps organization and understanding of the challenges it faces


Valuable Competence:

- Requirements engineer process (A-Z)
- IT and software background
- Agile Methodologies (SAFe, Scrum)
