Senior Business Analyst - Risk
The Client Success team is responsible for Business Configuration and Training services to Nasdaq’s clients. In this role your responsibilities will be to guide and help our clients during the Business Configuration activities. The objective of a Business Configuration is to guide clients to configure their business rules in Nasdaq systems and support them through the whole delivery projects. Training will cover functional usage of our systems and prepare clients for test activities in delivery projects and production. For this purpose, we facilitate, create, and develop training courses. We perform classroom training at Customer location and remote sessions.
Your responsibilities will be:
Lead/facilitate Business Configuration workshops to support clients to configure Risk and Pricing models such as SPAN and Value at Risk.
Develop and maintain courses and training material.
Collaborate across different teams
Be involved in requirement discussion.
You will bring:
A degree in Mathematics, Financial Business, or related discipline.
Ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients and internal stakeholders
A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a high pace environment.
Ability to adopt complex solutions and concepts and transform them into user-friendly material.
It is an advantage if you have:
Knowledge in RISK models such as SPAN and Value at Risk.
Experience of financial industry.
Technical experience/interest, perhaps working as Functional Tester or Business Analyst.
Experience in presentations/public speaking.
