Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work as a liaison among different stakeholders to understand the benefits and needs, structure, policies, operations and culture of cooperating company’s organizations, and to recommend approach, opportunities and solutions that enable the projects to achieve its goals.
What you'll do:
● Work with the project manager, team managers, program managers, suppliers, diagnostic method engineers, system owners as well as developers.
● Understand and identify the business needs/benefit and value of the activity.
● Lead and participate in stakeholder analysis and management and facilitate workshops with stakeholders, for business modelling, requirements elicitation, information modelling etc.
● Elicit, elaborate, verify, validate, and communicate requirements in an agile way in in epics, features, and user stories.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts to research business and technology domains appropriate to business and IT solution definition.
● Facilitate Workshops with stakeholders, for business modelling, requirements elicitation, information modelling etc.
● Bring clarity to sometimes scattered inputs from different business and digital organisations. Summarizing and presenting the big picture to managers and colleagues.
● Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus and conduct product demos when needed.
● Support colleagues with creating descriptive artifacts of the business need, guiding in securing business value, coordinating issues and risks, and communicating status to numerous stakeholders.
Who you are:
● Able to identify and analyse stakeholders’ needs and you can translate these needs into requirements so that you can coordinate, communicate, facilitate, and lead the implementation.
● Have good experience or good understanding of change management and the ability to communicate and visualise the change needed.
● Experience in identifying, translating, and securing detailed business requirements into IT deliverables including implementation and maintenance.
● Good knowledge in integration tests involving a different systems, applications, and cloud solution.
● Technical experience with systems design and/or architecture design, DevOps / Continuous Integration teams, and JIRA / VIRA.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
