Senior Business Analyst to Karlskrona

Experis IT is currently looking for a senior Business Analyst to a big telecommunication company based in Karlskrona.

Assignment/task:

The Business Analyst must be able to handle the transformation of business requirements to technical requirements and/or technical specifications both independently as well as in a team. Furthermore, the Business Analyst must have exceptional and up to date knowledge in one or more acknowledged processes/methods for requirement analysis. The Business Analyst must possess relevant interpersonal skills and be a good negotiator as well as having a thorough technical understanding of the area which is being analysed.

The business analyst/application developer will be working within an agile scrum team. The work involves most stages of the system life cycle from requirements gathering, solution design to development.

Start date is as soon as possible and it is a full time assignment for minimum 1 year time. Location is Karlskrona.

Requried competence:

- Native ProIV competence

- Unix (operating system basics)

- Fluent in English

- Highly creative, motivated and with an ability to take on any challenges with an objective to succeed

- Team player with flexible, positive and realistic attitude

- Ability to adapt rapidly to a changing and expanding environment

- Experience from using Scrum methodology

- 5 or more years' experience from roles such as business analyst or application developer

Required product/system knowledge

- Industry knowledge of Telco

- Knowledge of billing & customer care systems

- Customer business process knowledge
