We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to our exciting client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity, a 6-month contract starting ASAP with the possibility for an extension.

Job Description: Samsung is now in an exciting phase of enhancing the data driven business operations processes and are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Process Innovation Team. In this role you will be the bridge between IT and business divisions, working with capturing business requirements, defining new processes, and leading Business Intelligence (BI) projects. You will be working in our office in Kista, but the role may include travel in the Nordic region. 

What you will be working with: 

Identify process improvement opportunities in close collaboration with business representatives
Translate business requirements into process and system specifications, data flows and implementation roadmaps
Create concept reports/dashboards and data models
Collaborate with the development team to communicate business requirements, data models, and architectural decisions 
Facilitate workshops to educate business users in the BI tool
Coordinate and lead BI projects
Suitable Background: MSc Degree within IT, Business Administration, Engineering or similar. 
Extensive data analytics background in combination with strong business acumen.
Proven track record of leading complex BI related projects with stakeholders from both business and IT. 
Expert in data analysis, visualization and communication. 
Comfort and experience of BI, database and statistical languages (e.g. SQL, DAX, Python, R, M).
Experience creating dashboards/visualizations using e.g. Qlik, Power BI or other BI tools. 
Data- modeling, -transformation and -design experience. 
Fluent in English, Swedish is a merit
