Senior Business Analyst to Swedish Match

Swedish Match wants you to join their European Division and be the add-on enabler in the continued modernization within BI!

The Finance department is keeping to their strategy of facilitating innovative usage of data in line with a self-service approach. As the Senior BI Analyst, you will be part of a highly skilled team and drive change by proactively enabling data-driven decision making across the division.

You will

Your role is geared towards the Europe Division, assuring accessible data, encouraging innovative ways of using it and through that accelerating the analytical capabilities and business insights. It is your responsibility to ensure full utilization of the present solutions as well as identify and describe development initiatives towards the IT department. Following an ongoing shift of tools, you will be part of change management related to the ramp up of the capacity, ability, and visualization within business intelligence. With a progressive need for complex data-analysis onwards, the role could also entail more in-depth analysis over time.

You have

You have 3-6 years of experience within BI involving requirements gathering. Tools can be Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or similar where you have successfully handled questions related to e.g., reporting solutions and other use-cases within data-analysis. You use your power of initiative to e.g., structure and communicate complex information as well as drive the usage of data.

You have an academic degree or equivalent working experience, holding a solid technical understanding along with a high degree of analytical skills.
