Senior Business Analyst within the automotive industry

Jefferson Wells are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our customers within the automotive industry! Do you have 7+ years of experience from a manufacturing company, preferably within the automotive industry, then this might be a suitable position for you! You will be a key player in the setup for a new production plant, and your expertise is needed as soon as possible. Travelling will be required within Sweden.

Your main responsibilities

* Leading and performing problem analysis and testing/validation of digital solutions.
* Providing support in understanding and identifying the business needs/benefit and value of activities.
* Facilitating workshops with stakeholders for business/process/information modelling, value analysis and backlog creation.
* Supporting refinement of the ART/product backlog and ensuring that the right information is available for the teams/vendors.
* Provide deep functional insight to the team members and other digital teams of plant needs
* Refine user stories and features for upcoming sprints
* Supports Product Owner/Program manager to maintain the product backlog to ensure a steady pipeline of user stories for the scrum teams

Who are you

* Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes preferably in the automotive industry.
* Experience from process and solution development within manufacturing, preferably in MES and production steering.
* We believe you are user focused and passionate about solving problems.
* You are flexible, open to new ideas and always looking for ways to improve.
* You are energetic, have forward thinking and you push for innovation.
* You have a holistic viewpoint and being value oriented
* Strong belief in agile ways of working especially in accordance to SAFe.
* You have experience of successful collaboration in global teams.
* You can communicate in the English language both verbally and in writing.
