Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Configuration Management to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the software flow meets baseline requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle
Consolidate vision and goals into unified software requirements, driving alignment from development to release in vehicles
Define and refine processes to facilitate smooth transitions through different stages of software development and deployment
Act as an intermediary between business requirements and the tools implementing them, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
Maintain comprehensive records of software baselines, requirements, and configurations, ensuring traceability and consistency
Organize and lead regular alignment meetings to gather feedback, address issues, and ensure cohesive approaches across all teams
Work closely with the tool development team to ensure business requirements are met and well-integrated into the software development process
Represent software baseline requirements to the Product Management team within the ART
Interface with delivering areas across the entire electrical system, fostering a broad network within R&D/Engineering
Manage the creation, release, and distribution of documented software configurations to test objects and production vehicles
Participate in the development of modern Configuration Management tools to support the full integration and release chain

What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering
Experience in software configuration management and software development
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or flowchart tools for process mapping
Proven experience in stakeholder management within large organizations
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Meritorious qualifications:
Knowledge of the KDP system
Experience in software development or management, both upstream and downstream
Understanding of branch design, labelling, and tracking issues
Experience in software and system design
Background in electrical automotive development and vehicle programs as a software responsible or lead engineer
Fluency in Swedish
