Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Architect – Advanced Planning to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Define the target state for how advanced planning systems and processes support business goals, and how they interact with ERP systems and other fundamental business solutions.
Facilitate the design, decision-making, and implementation of end-to-end planning frameworks.
Lead the establishment of an E2E target architecture for the domain, realizing it through the deployment of the APS solution Kinaxis Maestro.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and consolidate business needs.
Balance current and future business needs to drive change while maintaining adherence to the target architecture.
Optimize planning methods using data, analytics, and automation.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovations to improve the business.

What you bring:
Strong knowledge of the planning domain and APS tools, particularly Kinaxis Maestro.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable planning solutions within an industrial context and align them with ERP systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Extensive experience in domains such as Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operational Planning, and Supply Chain planning.
Strong business architecture skills and experience in project management.
Deep understanding of business processes in an end-to-end planning context.
Experience working on global and complex programs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
