About this opportunity
Welcome to the Business Continuity Management team. As Senior Business Continuity Manager you will work together with the team in embedding the business continuity strategy in one or more selected business areas. This is a key role responsible for providing insights and support for the leadership in the business area of responsibility.
You are required to develop a deep understanding of Nordea, drivers, risks, regulators and complexity in the business functions and will work collaboratively with leadership and risk functions to ensure that the operational resilience framework requirements are embedded and integrated into a business driven agenda.
What you’ll be doing:
* Provide operational resilience expertise to the business area of responsibility and strategic guidance on the best possible implementation across organizational and functional lines
* Lead and influence the inclusion of operational resilience considerations into business plans
* Actively encourage the use of Nordea best practice throughout the business area of responsibility
* Develop deep understanding and collaboration in the line of business to create positive working relationships and influence operational resilience embedding and integration
Your focus area will depend on your specific qualifications, but would as a minimum include the following tasks and/or activities:
* Be the lead for one full or a part of a business area (BA) responsible for assistance and guidance to that area
* Train, support and guide the counterparts in the business area or group functions of your responsibility on key resilience related issues
* Demonstrate awareness of all resilience related audit and regulatory engagements of the area of your responsibility
* Build strong SME networks and encourage stakeholder engagement for the resilience agenda, with minimal supervision
* Support the further integration and the daily usage of our new tool, Clearview
* Perform and solve a variety of day-to-day ad hoc tasks
You will be a part of a highly experienced team of 14 BCM and Crisis Management professionals today sitting in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo. The position is located in either of these capitals.

* Hold a relevant professional education or certification, or you are looking to pass it
