Senior Business Controller

We are looking for an analytical and driven person to join our Business Performance team. Telenor is rapidly heading towards a digital and data driven future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.

What you´ll do

In the role as Business Controller you will play an important role in investment related matters (Capex) and be our front runner to align cross business units and group functions. You will be the architect of structure and governance as well as securing performance with a strategic and driven agenda. You will hold a position within the Business Performance Management Team, Operations (IT & Networks) and will have the whole business unit as your working field. You will act as a business partner and work close to the organization in different matters and towards stakeholders. You will report directly to Joakim Morwall, Head of Business Performance Management, Operations.You will have the chance to work in an exciting environment and be a part of Telenor Sweden’s journey! 

The role also includes following
* Performance in short- and long term
* Work closely with management teams and investment committee
* Strategical financial planning
* Forecasting, monthly closing and reporting

Who are you

We believe that you have a background within the Telecom and/or IT industry and a big interest for technology. To be successful in this role, we think that you have strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and accustomed to presenting and interacting with management teams. You have experience from working in a strategically environment and with a high level of integrity. You have a broad knowledge and experience of BI and financial tools and in parallel Microsoft applications is a necessity.
* Skilled in Stakeholder management
* Long experience within controlling
* Broad knowledge and experience of BI
* Belief and experience in Agile way of work
* Communicative, curious and a hands-on attitude
