A third-party risk management career within Swedbank Group Procurement provides an exciting and fulfilling journey in a winning team. We help Swedbank to manage, monitor and follow-up our supplier base to meet business objectives, minimize potential disruption and improve society at large.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Support our undergoing rapid digitization journey to increase efficiency and control of sourcing activities, increase visibility and control of contracts and suppliers with focus on outsourcing to increase operational efficiency.
- Be part of a small team that is currently leading an exciting and dynamic digital journey to adapt our KYS framework in Swedbank to manage the increased expectations on controlling sourcing risks and compliance to new regulations.
- Develop and maintain sourcing risk classification model spanning the entire supplier base.
- Manage and produce executive reporting and presentations to Steering Committees and senior management in the bank.
- Manage risk control through the process design and communication with stakeholders to create transparency and analysis for decision making on both strategic and tactical choices.
- Review systems and tools needed to support sourcing risk management
- Collaborate with other highly skilled team members to achieve the best results and have fun at work.
What is needed in this role:
- Solution oriented, take responsibility! Purposeful and structured in strategic, tactical, and operational tasks
- Energetic, with internal strong drive and personal efficiency. Take ownership!
- Experienced communicator: establish credibility and convey energy in interactions with others. Comfortable in writing management & governmental reports and to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions.
- High analytical skill, experience from business analysis
- To be a great team player with good communication skills who enjoys teamwork and establish credibility and convey energy in interactions with others.
- Experience in risk management and third-party risk management
- Experienced in IT business development and agile development
