Are you interested in revolutionizing the automotive industry with digital innovation? We are know looking for a Senior Business Controller who wants to work in digital controlling.
You will join a motivated team focused on improving business performance on a global scale, with the goal of achieving the objectives of our client. In this position, you will work closely with colleagues from around the world, offering your financial knowledge and advice.
Job Assignments
A typical workday will involve getting ready, gathering and organizing plans, targets, and predictions for Digital Core. You will carefully examine the financial aspects of the Digital Core team's work and collaborate closely with business partners to ensure good financial results.
Your role will involve handling financial reporting for operational expenses (OpEx) and capital expenses (CapEx). You will also serve as a connection between the Digital Core operations, Business Control, and Accounting departments. In order to fulfill this responsibility, you will establish relationships with business owners to gain insight into their expenses and coordinate monthly forecasts based on approved plans.
Moreover, you will play a significant role in developing the company's plans for the next few years. This includes determining how financial decisions will affect the company's overall strategy and making sure that investments align with the goals. You will also collaborate with the team on various special projects and analytical tasks to assist the Digital Core organization. Additionally, you will be in charge of regularly updating and monitoring the yearly forecast, ensuring that any changes or potential risks and opportunities are identified and communicated.
The team also have the responsibility to analyze the main factors and changes that cause variations in time periods, as well as other important standards. They are always reviewing their procedures and striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in utilizing analytical skills to analyze financial data, accompanied by exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of business operations and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
• Experience with managing digital expenses for a worldwide company.
• Ability to analyze financial data and business trends, and effectively communicate key information.
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility, ensuring that tasks are completed as promised.
• Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Must have experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
