We are looking for a Senior Business Controllers who will be accountable for the Southern Hemisphere Markets when it comes to Purchase Plans, System Updates and Strategic Actions.
Job Description
In the role as Senior Business Controller you will work with commercial fashion and some of the company’s most important products, in one of our Business Units. In a collaborative way of working with colleagues, both based in Stockholm and in the Southern Hemisphere markets, you will get the chance to use your competence to affect and drive the result of your markets.
You will take a leading and tangible part in generating sales and profitability omnichannel through strategy, analysis and leadership by using a combination of global strength and local relevance. You will also take a big role in communicating the needs and demands of the local markets within the BU, developing current ways of working and driving system and technical development towards Business Tech.
Your responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Set and follow-up omni growth strategies for your markets
Sales and budget planning
Continuously analyse Buying, Stock and Mark up KPI development and take actions accordingly
Assortment analysis, set strategies and take actions
Drive process and method development cross-functionally
Communicate, align and collaborate cross-functionally clear and efficiently



Qualifications
To be successful in the role we see that you have:
At least 2 years of experience within business controlling or merchandising within H&M Group
Previous experience from Southern Hemisphere is meritorious
A degree in business administration or engineering
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn your analysis into actions
Strong leadership ability and a strategic mindset
Salesmanship and understanding of what our customer wants
Great communication skills and ability to adapt your communication to different stakeholders
Fluent in English

Additional Information
This is a fulltime assignment, starting as soon as possible and is based in our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to the Business Unit Controller.
