That´s a great start! We at NEVS are now searching far and wide for a new colleague to join us in our quest for creating the on-demand mobility services of tomorrow.

About the position

You will be working in a team that is responsible for Business & Market within Mobility Solutions. We are developing PONS, Autonomous Mobility Ecosystem – A smart and proactive fleet of self-driving vehicles offering excellent, on-demand, sustainable mobility services to citizens of the smart cities of the future.

The team is responsible to take our future service to the market, by identifying new business opportunities, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and see to that the ideas gets into action. You will in this role be responsible for identifying new opportunities; be the primary contact with customers, authorities, and other stakeholders in different cities; conduct relevant pre-studies and bring back conclusions and demands to our organization.

In addition to being a great team player and a “doer” we want you to have an academic degree in relevant fields. We also believe that you have extensive experience from working with sales, business development, project management in B2B and preferable both towards the public and private sector. Have you also been working within the field of mobility we can be a great match.

- Extensive B2B sales experience of complex solutions, preferable for private and public sector
- Strategic understanding and the ability to translate demand into business opportunities
- Ability to build external network and long-term relations
- Experience as a project manager and implementing solutions
- Existing network with organizations within the field of mobility, e.g public transport authorities, cities, mobility providers.
- Experience of working with public funded project, e.g Vinnova projects.
- Good at expressing yourself in both English and Swedish.

You will among other things be working with:

- Identify, select and contact strategic partners and customers and build up long-term relation
- Conduct needed pre-studies for new market to provide arguments and attract customers, and prepare for a future deployment of our service
- Provide NEVS Business & Marketing Team with insights on how to create value for customers
- Develop proposals and offers for corporate and private customers and handle negotiations
- Develop new business models and customer offering models with focus on profit and/or commercial benefits.
- Prepare, present, and recommend strategic directions to executive management
- Provide important input to NEVS overall business plan and strategic roadmap
