Arbetsbeskrivning
Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's strategic planning and business objectives, fully preside over the daily operation and management of the branch, formulate various work plans of the branch, and organize implementation;
2. Leading the sales team to actively explore the network of UnionPay's local cooperative institutions, maintain institutional relations, and promote the development of acceptance, card issuance and other businesses in the branch;
3. Supervise the implementation of the overall marketing plan of the branch and organize the implementation of the marketing project;
4. According to the brand strategy of the headquarters, organize and promote the development of brand and public relations, and maintain and enhance the brand image of UnionPay in the local area;
5. According to the work plan of the headquarters, product, operation, technology, finance and other strong line functions, organize the effective execution of the functional team of the branch, and form the service and support for the front office business of the branch;
6. Responsible for the formation of the staff team of the branch, as well as the training, encouragement and assessment of talents.
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in related discipline, graduated from the famous universities in China or abroad;
2. More than 10 years’ business development experience in international market, and minimum 5 years’ experience in cards and/or payment industry, with demonstrated success of driving profitable business growth;
3. Good analytical skills and negotiation skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Self-driven and highly motivated;
6. Fluent in Chinese and English is required; other languages proficiency is highly desirable.
