Senior Business Development Manager

The Business Development team is responsible for identifying and qualifying stakeholders with focus on potential customers, partners and other collaborating parties in order to lay the foundation for present and future business growth for CEVT. Together with other teams at CEVT we are developing the product portfolio of products and services within our field of expertise.
As Senior Business Development Manager, you are responsible to seek and develop business relationships, act as Key Account Manager and develop and match our product and service portfolio globally. You are expected to have a strong sales drive and excellent relation building skills. You are also expected to build relations both with internal stakeholders and key cooperation partners within Geely Group.

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Business Development and be based at Uni3 Lindholmen, Gothenburg, a hybrid work place solution is possible.

Responsibilities and Deliveries:
Develop CEVTs Key Accounts and potential customers
Secure sales agreements with correct quality, cost and efficiency
Identify, build, and develop critical competences to fulfill future expectations
Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and Geely/Zeekr China colleagues
Manage continuous improvements of business models and business efficiency

Suitable background and Experience:
Minimum M.Sc. in Business Administration
Documented experience (minimum 5 years) of strategic sales within mobility solutions, AV and Digital Services
Knowledge about and high interest in industry trends and stakeholders
Good overall financial and business track record
Documented and successful managerial experience with excellent ability to lead change and to lead in change
Excellent ability to motivate and convince people with strong cultural sensitivity, especially Asian - European culture
Courage in leading with trust and care, and drive for results in an ever-changing environment
Efficient and excellent planning skills. Fluent in English. Swedish driving license B for passenger cars.
