For over 30 years, Quant (earlier ABB Full Service) has been the maintenance outsourcing partner of first choice for over 400 industrial customers. The company has a global presence and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Quant offers maintenance outsourcing to industrial customers in a wide range of industries and geographies.
The Senior Business Development Manager will report to the Business Development Director for Europe and be a key member of our Business Development Team. We want to strengthen our team with senior sales experience to succeed with our goals and our development of Quant’s business and market position by introducing, architecting and solutioning services for potential customers.
The role gives an opportunity to work with in a dynamic professional environment working with all functions in the company.
Your responsibility
• Develop and grow the business in Scandinavia in a profitable way
• Expand footprint for current accounts by building strong customer relationships and seizing opportunities in sister plants
• Ensure “One Quant” sales ways-of-working
• Ensure smooth and efficient new contract start up to operations
Deliver on sales targets
• Define and develop strategic marketing activities, initiatives, analysis, and recommendations
• Deliver on budgeted sales targets
• Ensure healthy and well-governed account management of the contract portfolio
• Support renewal and expansion in ongoing contracts
Contribute to regional development
• Participate and facilitate Quant regional development through personnel engagement in common initiatives.
Build sales know-how in the organization
• Work in close cooperation with operations and share sales best practices
• Sell and build interest around Quant’s digital toolbox
• Execute regional sales strategy in line with corporate strategy
• Create winning sales teams with members from different parts of the organization
Background
• At least 10 years’ experience from leading sales positions at international industrial companies
• Good track record with documented sales success
• Complex sales processes experience
• Experience with industrial maintenance services preferred
• Experience with contract development and terms and conditions
• Extensive negotiation experience

Qualifications
• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering or business
• Fluent in English, other languages are meriting, especially Swedish
• Experience of long sales cycles and successful sales of larger contracts >3 MEUR, preferable outsourcing contracts
• Beneficial to succeed is management consulting experience or similar connected to production environments. Experience from maintenance and manufacturing performance is a plus.
