The Senior Business Development Manager need to have an extensive sales experience within specialty ingredients and especially within Astaxanthin. The right candidate needs to have an established network within leading companies within the food and/or food supplement industries. The role needs to be a proactive team player that takes initiative with a ‘get up and go’ attitude.
The Senior Business Development Manager needs to have strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative working style and an enthusiasm for building partnerships among key stakeholders.
The role will be a key role in building new collaborations with major players within the sector in Europe. The person needs to have excellent communication skills along with ability to deliver a credible message to existing and potential customers, regulatory bodies, peers, investors and other key audiences.
