We are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Stockholm. Reporting to the HR Directors for the Nordic region, this role will provide HRBP and Health and Safety (H&S) expertise to our colleagues across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with the business on strategic and operational matters, in all Nordic countries.
Provide advice and guidance in all HR-related aspects; namely Labour law, Change Management, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
Take ownership of the Nordic Health and Safety work.
Partner with our representative in Health and Safety.
Take active part of the board meetings for the H&S work and making sure we follow the regulations.
Support leaders in the local rehabilitation process and work with the Health care provider.
Focus on the engagement initiatives.
Take part in local and global HR projects.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of the labour law in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Experience of Health and Safety work, regulations, working with the Health and Safety board in the company, risk assessments in Sweden.
You have a strong business focus and HR acumen.
You focused on growth and results in a changing environment.
Strong collaboration skills with a Can Do attitude.
Comfortable working in a complex and matrixed organization.
Fluent in Swedish and English. Fluency in Finnish would be a strong plus.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience in driving projects.
Knowledge of Workday would be a plus.
Very good excel knowledge would be a plus.
