As a Senior Program Manager within the Downstream Hardware business you will support the large scale equipment business and lead strategic customer and cross functional initiatives as well as support the business in integration related activities. This is an exciting role for someone with a solid track record of delivering sophisticated projects and strong influencing skills.
You will report to the business leader of our customized bioprocess solution business.
What You'll Do
Participation in global (high level) commercial discussions with the ability to suggest and strategically drive business related decisions/projects.
(Project) Lead strategic customer teamwork discussions to decision point and handle life cycle management thereof, or hand over.
Lead or participate in cross functional collaborations and integration projects.
Participation in M&A investigations/activities.

Who you are
University degree or similar
Proven ability as Sr Project/Program Manager with good technical understanding.
Significant years of experience from Life Science or related industry
You have a good strategic way of thinking and can handle executive level discussions and presentations.
Analytical, clear and concise report status, observations and suggested actions to take.
Proven track record of solid execution.
You have a pragmatic, open attitude and values cross functional collaboration
Strong influencing skills and solid track record of driving change management
Project driven understanding, systematic approach to tasks and ability to act alone or together with team and also lead teams when required.
Ability to run several ongoing projects in parallel (but utilize a common/LEAN approach).
