Senior Cabinet or Sub rack Design Responsibilities Work within a team designing outdoor cabinet products or indoor cabinet or sub rack(used in fixed or/and wireless networks), depend on the project time schedule. Work within a team to plan the future roadmap of cabinet or sub rack platforms for development over the next 3 5 years. Focus on volume production quality and yield related issues of the design, including assembly, testing and component manufacture. Work within the team to study, experiment and develop the optimum design for high volume production and performance. Qualifications Required More than 10 years experience working with telecom cabinet or sub rack design. Experience in telecom mechanical design (such outdoor and indoor cabinet, sub rack, etc.). Knowledge and practical experience in mechanical parts production assembly and test. Knowledge of ETSI and NEBS mechanical standards for telecom equipment. Familiar with component cooling and surface treatment. Ability to disseminate knowledge to others. Bachelor Degree, Masters or higher majoring in mechanical engineering. Fluent English speaking and writing. Sensitive insight on outdoor cabinet technique and development trend. Ability to show initiative with a positive attitude. Excellent communication and work skills within a multicultural team.
