We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager with amazing planning skills that will own the campaign strategies for the games and digital entertainment products in our portfolio. As a Senior Campaign Manager, you are part of the marketing team and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
As a Senior Campaign Manager at Star Stable you will:
- Be responsible for crafting the player facing integrated global campaign strategies and activations for games and digital entertainment products in the Star Stable Entertainment portfolio.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic, quality and innovative marketing activations.
- Establish high-level campaign KPIs, track and measure content, channel and activation performance and utilize insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Lead content strategy planning across all digital channels for marketing campaign beats working with content teams to achieve campaign goals.
- Distill information from a variety of sources into tangible and actionable insights that can be used to optimize the marketing activation strategy and execution.
- Build the rhythm of business processes and tools to effectively run integrated campaign planning and campaign execution.
- Track execution readiness and liaise with internal functional experts to enable timely and quality execution of integrated campaign beats.
We are looking for someone with the following experiences and qualifications:
- Ideally 5+ years of experience crafting integrated marketing campaigns and activations in a digital strategist or planning role within a creative agency, marketing agency, videogames, consumer entertainment or consumer products.
- Strong understanding of all marketing channels to pull together impactful integrated multi-channel consumer-facing campaigns.
- A great storyteller with an understanding of how to bring narrative and great content to life across every digital platform a fan interacts with us.
- Excellent at establishing and fostering strong and positive relationships; organizational agility and strong stakeholder management.
- A background of innovative content marketing activations across a variety of digital channels.
- Exceptionally strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial/business acumen and understanding.
- Customer-centric and driven by the priority of exciting and delighting fans.
- Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieves results with little oversight.
