Senior Campaign Manager - World of Darkness

Looking for your place building a global story brand? Are you an experienced Campaign or Marketing Manager with a background in video games marketing? Want to build and relaunch beloved franchises in a transmedia brand with products in all categories?
As Campaign Manager for World of Darkness you will be responsible for designing and driving campaigns on video games across all subbrands (Vampire: The Masquerade, Hunter: The Reckoning, Werewolf: The Apocalypse etc.). You will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team (Community, Digital Media, Content etc.) to deliver against your KPIs of unit sales and audience metrics.
Working within the World of Darkness department, you will provide the campaign perspective from internally published products in overarching plans. With partners spanning the globe and products in all media, you will execute on transmedia marketing integration across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and drive campaigns for video games
Lead and coordinate the campaign team to hit your KPIs
Coordinate transmedia marketing opportunities with internal and external stakeholders
Own the campaign budget: determine marketing mix investment, forecast and report
Build and maintain a healthy relationship with development partners, both internal or external studios.

Required Qualifications
Planning and execution experience with go-to-market, launch and post-release plans in a campaign management or product marketing role within video games
Experience with budget management and forecasting.
Strong communication, written and verbal. You will need to inspire and align others in this role.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Desirable
Experience marketing RPGs (video games, specifically) is a very strong advantage
A strong communications background
Familiarity with World of Darkness and its subbrands, with emphasis on 5th Edition products

Professionally, you have a passion for campaign execution. You’re able to think strategically and plan, but your real enjoyment comes from running campaigns, hitting goals and getting product in players’ hands. On a personal level, you get people and are able to inspire a team, find the USPs for your audiences and communicate them effectively. You keep a cool head in a changing environment, and you have a true understanding of which marketing efforts make a difference to the bottom line, and which don’t.
